Grey, when Megamerged, has the ability to copy the apeparances and abilities of those he fights and interacts with to a limited degree. If you do not wish for him to do so, please tell me ahead of time or reply to this.

Continuity Grey's story in Megaman ZX Advent
Canon source link http://megaman.wikia.com/wiki/Mega_Man_ZX_(series)
Major events Grey was first activated with no memory of who he was to a room with two dead people and a woman in armor named Pandora who told him he was a Mega Man but, that he was defective and had to be disposed of. He quickly ran from the room and made his way through the facility, fighting off enemy robots and one literally referred to as a Giant, before falling as the ground under him collapsed.

Grey was saved from the fall by a group known as The Hunters and joined their ranks. His first mission involved transporting a Biometal on a train that was soon attacked by Pandora and another Mega Man known as Prometheus. To defend himself he used the biometal, prompting Prometheus and Pandora to welcome him to The Game of Destiny in which Mega Men fight for control of the world. Before departing they promise Grey that he will learn his history by competing and surviving the game.

After fighting his first Mega Man and copying it's data, a cipher in Model A was unlocked, telling Grey that the one who orchestra the Game of Destiny is none other than one of the Sage Trinity, a group of three world leaders, that Grey is about to meet. Upon entering their room the guilty party, Master Albert, outs himself. Before escaping he comments to Grey that he is "Made in [his] image."

The final Mega Man Grey fights is Model ZX, Aile. At this time he is hunting down fragments of Biometal Model W and destroying them, as they would be the tool for the winner for the Game of Destiny. Upon defeating her he goes to find the fragment but is attacked by a large robot. Before he can be attacked Aile destroys the fragment fueled robot, claiming she has the same goal as Grey. Unlike the others she wants to end the Game of Destiny and stop Albert's mad plan.

Later, having fought and beaten the other Mega Men, Grey faces off against Master Albert who reveals that Grey was made as a back up for him if he should somehow perish before the Game of Destiny had ended and that Model A had known about this for some time. By this point Grey didn't care about what sort of past he could have had anymore and defeats Albert, not for control of the world but, to save people as the Hunters had saved him.

Canon Pull Point The end of Megaman ZX Advent after the death of Master Albert.

Previous Game Canon (if applicable)

Personality Grey is described in canon as a stubborn and tough-talking kid who is willing to help anyone and expects nothing in return. This is most definitely true. He was heavily influenced by a group known as The Hunters, bounty hunters who work for the government, who saved his life and offered him a position in their ranks after saving him. Their selfless actions toward Grey inspired him to take the same attitude towards others no matter who they are. This is demonstrated early on in the game when he protects Raiders, essentially pirates, from one of the other Mega Men. This trend of defending others carries through the entire game as he protects civilians on a highway under attack and even attempts to save Prometheus and Pandora from a collapsing area despite them attempting to kill him a moment before.

Before his canon point, Grey had one objective tied with that of protecting people. That was finding out who he was. His first memory was of waking up in a room alone before being attacked by Pandora after all, not any time to even find any clues. As the series went on he grew more and more annoyed with the lack of answers as either pseduoroids or Prometheus and Pandora would keep him from any source of information on himself. Thankfully, after a speech from Aile and actually finding out the truth, he is now more interested in finding out who he is since, he literally had no past.

Still despite learning of his past, Grey does not know much of the world and its ways; causing him to act rudely at times and be badly embarrassed by his own ignorance. The height of this is shown upon meeting the Sage Trinity. The first thing he asked them, to put it bluntly, was "Who are you three dudes?" Of course Grey knew nothing of them or the society he was in, although some basic etiquette must have already existed in his mind as the knew to be embarrassed by referring to the three leaders of the world as "dudes."

Powers/abilities/weapons Technoorganic lifeform Grey is what is known as a "humanoid", the term used in his universe for both mechanically augmented humans and the biologically augmented robots known as replicant androids, or Reploids. As such, while appearing human and partly being human, the majority of his body is that of a reploid which, thanks to about three robot apocalypses, are designed to fight and take damage. It is also unlikely that he needs to breath as he is shown under water for long periods of time with no ill effects.

As such, he is very durable and able to fight machines as big, if not bigger, than transformers and survive. He is able to survive falling down a giant waterfall, the destruction of, and subsequent fall from, a floating fortress, and other such extremes. Oddly this durability seems not to apply to spikes. He also comes equipped with a basic buster-gun which fires three low power energy shots at a time.

Biometal | Grey is a Megaman, a individual chosen to use a special power known as Biometal. Biometals are sentient armor and weaponry created from the information of heroes from the previous robot apocalypses. Grey specifically is the biomatch for Biometal Model A. Model A has a special ability known as A-Trans where in it copies the form and abilities of those it defeats in battle allowing him to use them to improve his arsenal. In total he has 14 forms, counting Model A's armor, so I am more than willing to clear out his other forms if they are too much.

Forms
Model A: Model A gives Grey's buster-gun a much stronger shot as well as a twin he holds in his other hand. The busters can also fire homing shots, referred to as Axl Bullets, which can lock onto a maximum of eight targets. The third and final of Grey's gun tricks is the Giga Crush. In this attack, Gray’s busters begin to spin in all directions and fire as he levitates a foot or two in the air. This attack severely drains his energy and leaves him weakened for a period of time.

Buckfire: In this form Grey has access to an attack which fires three fireballs from Buckfire's hands in a 'W' formation. He can also launch himself straight up or do a dive kick if already airborne, both with an aura of fire around him. This form is constantly dashing and one of the fastest.

Rospark: Unless pulled up upon a rope this form stays in its bulb form. In its bulb it is extremely slow and can only attack my launching small projectiles up from the top of its head and by lashing out with its arms; either attack can be electrified.
If holding onto a rope it opens into his bloom form. It can still lash out with an arm but it can also launch out three knives in a spread formation which can also be electrified.

Chronoforce: Chronoforce is only truly useful on water, being unable to move on land. When in water it can launch icicle projectiles in front of it. Its shell can block most any attack and, in mechanical and mechanically modified creatures, it can interfere with their perception of time, slowing them down.

Argoyle: Like Buckfire before it, Argoyle is a form is high speed, normally skating on its wheels but able to constantly dash. It's primary weapon is known as Ar bombs; spiked balls which explode after ricocheting.

Queenbee: Unlike the provided image, Queenbee does not carry a large hive. Instead it has a stinger which shoots fire based projectiles. It can only fly for a limited time and, when not flying, rolls are two wheels hidden in its thorax.

Hedgeshock: Hedgeshock is the smallest form and lets out small electrical shots. It can also curl into a ball and dash at high speeds, either with or without spikes protruding.

Vulturon: Vultron's main weapon is a guitar which it swings at enemies. It can also glide for limited amounts of time without losing any altitude as well as indefinitely cling to walls without sliding down.

Bifrost: Bifrost is by far the largest of Grey's forms. It is able destroy enemies to lash out with its tail or stomp on them. Bifrost also spits out buzzsaws which travel in a straight line for a limited time. This form moves very slowly and is unable to get through most areas designed for anything human sized.

Mega Man Model H: In the form of Model H, Grey uses two beam sabers as his primary weapons and is able to electrically charge them. It can also fly through and hover in the air. It's special ability is that, if an enemy has a specific weak point, it is shown red to Grey. The form is male.

Mega Man Model F: The Model F body uses large two guns known as knuckle-busters. With these Grey is able to send its shots on a predetermined path as well as use the knucklebusters to physically strike his opponents or even launch fireballs. The form is female.

Mega Man Model L: Model L is mainly for underwater combat, being able to swim freely unlike the others. Its main weapon is dual bladed staff. Model L's special ability is to detect items and map large areas using a type of sonar. The form is male.

Mega Man Model P: Mega Man Model P is able to launch a seemingly infinite amount of throwing knives at enemies as well as launch single large throwing stars, and hold onto ceilings and the undersides of platforms using its hanging wedge. Its special ability is to detect hidden passages and enemies. The form is male.

Mega Man Model ZX: Model ZX's main weapon is a buster-gun that is able to charge its shots far stronger than Model A. This gun can also transform into a beam saber. This form is considered the most versatile of the Mega Men and is female.

Rationale The idea of something human sized being able to stand up to transformers would be quite a shock to the locals. He is also in a rare situation where he doesn't have years of memories to spend so he'd be have to be quite frugal in that regard. Also his ability to copy other character's forms would offer many opportunities for cases of mistaken identity and blackmailing plots.

Roleplay Samples

1st person [Good evening Kaon. Hope you like videos of small humanoids because that's just what you're getting today and my does he look angry.]

I don't know who you dudes think you are that took me but, I can't let anyone get in my way anymore. I have people to protect and I can't do that from here. If you're working for Albert then stay out of my way or you'll end up like the rest of his pseudoroids. I'll fight my way out of here if I have to and none of you will get in my way.

3rd person Grey was no stranger to being in places and positions he knew nothing about. That was actually a very good summery of his life up to this point. At first Grey thought he'd landed in another of Albert's facilities, maybe designed to house people he judged as worthy? The only problem was everything here was too large for humanoids, maybe built for some of the larger pseudoroids but, definitely not any humanoids.
This confusion lasted until he saw the others walking around. At first he thought they were more "soldier for the Mega Man King," as he'd been told about by many enemies before. Only, they seemed more intelligent than any of those mechaniloids he'd faced. Moreover he hadn't heard any mention of Albert and no sign of any Model W's or pseudoroids.
So for now he'd keep looking around and keep his head low. He could probably take the locals but, he didn't want to start a fight against them for no reason. No, for now he'd focus on finding out where he was and how to get home. He had to get home and finish Albert once and for all.

Preference for arrival Arena, if you'd please.

Additional notes In reference to his technoorganic body, I would prefer if Grey stayed in that rather than becoming a transformer. While he is shown eating in the games he also gains health from energy capsules which function similarly to energon in the series so he would likely be able to metabolize it. If necessary, a mod being installed for such a purpose could easily be handwaved.

Canon/AU/Other Game CR: Canon
Reference: Setting Model A Grey Pseudoroid Height Comparison (Hedgeshock is about a head shorter than Grey)
Canon Point: The moment after defeating Master Albert and setting off the destruction of Ouroboros.

Setting:
The world of Megaman ZX is mainly inhabited by three groups: humans, which at this point are mechanically augmented; reploids, humanoid machines with the ability to think and feel; and mechaniloids, semi-sentient machines built for labor and other hazardous jobs. For centuries humans and reploids have experienced times of great progress followed by horrible conflict but, it seems that cycle has been broken. Humans and reploids are now virtually indistinguishable from one another and these similarities have ushered in a new era of peace with humans gaining extended life spans and reploids agreeing to limit theirs. However, as with any time, there is a threat. Mavericks are rogue mechaniloids, reploids, and humans unwilling to live under in society and they frequently attack along the boarders of civilization. The world itself is now run by a group of three men chosen as representatives from each major government, known as The Sage Trinity. However, as in the past, this peace does not last.

Peace was disrupted when a very unique set of artifacts were discovered; the biometals. Machines filled with the consciousnesses of key players from the previous great war which can be used to empower their users. These biometals are Model X (Megaman X), Model Z (Zero), Model W (Doctor Weil when he was fused with the space station Ragnarok), Model P (Phantom), Model L (Leviathan), Model F (Fefnir), Model H (Harpuia), Model O (Omega), and Model A (unknown). Each has a “biomatch” in the population, either a reploid or a human who can use the biometal to Megamerge and become a Mega Man. They are told that they are combatants in The Game of Destiny and must battle other Mega Men for the prize; control the world.

This game is seemingly enforced by two reploid siblings, Prometheus and Pandora, who encourage the Mega Men to fight; to search out for Model W cores, large pieces of Model W which feed on emotion and would supposedly give the Mega Men even more strength; and to weed out those the individual feel unworthy to exist in the world they would create if they won. Of course this game is all a farce, set up by the creator of the biometals to strengthen the Model Ws so that he may use their power to take over the world at the height of The Game of Destiny.

Personality:
Grey is described in canon as a stubborn and tough-talking kid who is willing to help anyone and expects nothing in return.

He also hates pudding.

Model A is quite similar to Grey in its mannerisms due to the two being made as a set. Personality wise, Model A is much more self centered and willing to avoid direct confrontation if the fight is not in its best interest or angry. When both Model A and Grey are first confronted with battle, Model A suggests escaping and leaving the others under attack to fend for themselves and expresses a similar sentiment later when Grey decides to help the Raiders. Everytime Model A shares these thoughts it is quickly reprimanded by Grey.

As time goes on though, its self centered attitude fades as it wants to learn more about where it and Grey came from and from exposure to Grey's attitude. Model A's focus on itself doesn't completely fade until the end where it shows honest concern for Grey, much to Grey's shock. As it learned more pf its own past and Grey's past though, Model A hid the information it learned of both their pasts from Grey; an act of compassion rather than malice though. As it is revealed to Grey that Model A has been keeping the truth from him, that both it and Grey were made as back ups for the man they have been trying to defeat, Master Albert, with Model A vocally showing disgust for this plan and their place in it. Once Albert is defeated though and Grey decides to discover himself Model A begs to join him, having grown attached to Grey and wishing to learn of itself as well.

Abilities, Weaknesses, and Power Limitation Suggestions:

Abilities: Despite being robotic in origin, Grey is very human like in buoyancy, emotion, and physical ability. Keep in mind though, that this is a world where humans have been heavily upgraded. He also constantly carries a Buster-Gun for self defense, it having moderate firing rate and power behind it.

Grey and Model A's true potential is shown when they Megamerges, causing Grey to gain the abilities and armor of the consciousness Model A is based off of. His buster-gun gains a much stronger shot as well as a twin Grey holds in his other hand. This attack severely drains his energy and leaves him temporarily weakened.

Still, even this is not Model A’s full power. Each Biometal has a special ability and Model A’s is known as A-Trans. Any person Gray battles when Megamerged he can later take the form of. In this new form, he takes on their appearance, their abilities to a limited amount, and even their voice. As such, he is referred to as The Copy Mega Man. Of course, it is not an instant copy. He must have fought or been around them for a long enough period of time to collect all the data necessary and the process can be interrupted. If interrupted, not even a partial copy can be made. These forms do not even need to be humanoid, as shown from his copying of the pseudoroids, reploids made to harness power of biometals,  who had the appearances of animals or even a plant in one case.

His existing forms are as follows:

  • Buckfire: In this form Grey has access to an attack which fires three fireballs from Buckfire's hands in a 'W' formation. He can also launch himself straight up or do a dive kick if already airborne, both with an aura of fire around him. This form is constantly dashing and one of the fastest.

  • Rospark: Unless pulled up upon a rope this form stays in its bulb form.

  • Chronoforce: Chronoforce is only truly useful on water, being unable to move on land. When in water it can launch icicle projectiles in front of it. Its shell can block most any attack and, in mechanical and mechanically modified creatures, it can interfere with their perception of time, slowing them down.

  • Argoyle: Like Buckfire before it, Argoyle is a form is high speed, normally skating on its wheels but able to constantly dash. It's primary weapon is known as Ar bombs; spiked balls which explode after ricocheting.

  • Queenbee: Unlike the image, Queenbee does not carry a large hive. Instead it has a stinger which shoots fire based projectiles. It can only fly for a limited time and, when not flying, rolls are two wheels hidden in its thorax.

  • Hedgeshock: Hedgeshock is the smallest form and lets out small electrical shots. It can also curl into a ball and dash at high speeds, either with or without spikes protruding.

  • Vulturon: Vultron's main weapon is a guitar which it swings at enemies. It can also glide for limited amounts of time without losing any altitude as well as indefinitely cling to walls without sliding down.

  • Bifrost: Bifrost is by far the largest of Grey's forms. It is able destroy enemies to lash out with its tail or stomp on them. Bifrost also spits out buzzsaws which travel in a straight line for a limited time. This form moves very slowly and is unable to get through most areas designed for anything human sized.

  • Mega Man Model H: In the form of Model H Grey uses two beam sabers as his primary weapons and is able to electrically charge them. It can also fly through and hover in the air. It's special ability is that, if an enemy has a specific weak point, it is shown red to Grey. The form is male.

  • Mega Man Model F: The Model F body uses large two guns known as knuckle-busters. With these Grey is able to send its shots on a predetermined path as well as use the knucklebusters to physically strike his opponents or even launch fireballs. The form is female.

  • Mega Man Model L: Model L is mainly for underwater combat, being able to swim freely unlike the others. Its main weapon is dual bladed staff. Model L's special ability is to detect items and map large areas using a type of sonar. The form is male.

  • Mega Man Model P: Mega Man Model P is able to launch a seemingly infinite amount of throwing knives at enemies as well as launch single large throwing stars, and hold onto ceilings and the undersides of platforms using its hanging wedge. Its special ability is to detect hidden passages and enemies. The form is male.

  • Mega Man Model ZX: Model ZX's main weapon is a buster-gun that is able to charge its shots far stronger than Model A. This gun can also transform into a beam saber. This form is considered the most versatile of the Mega Men and is female.

  • Mega Man Model X: Model X's main weapon is it's Megabuster, similar to the buster-guns only it is built in and has three levels of charging while the others only have two. At it's third level of charging it can fire two fully charged shots in a row. Like Model ZX, this form is female.
(Theoretically, since ZX is structurally Model X with Model Z add-ons, Model A could create a Model X form out of the Model ZX data but, it would most likely take time.)

Model A itself has the ability to levitate and to speak.

Weaknesses: Despite being a reploid and Mega Man Grey can still be hurt as any person could. Keeping with the Megaman tradition Grey is VERY weak to spikes, being a one hit kill usually in the game.

Model A, being a floating piece of metal, is quite vulnerable to physical damage. Thanks to being airborne it could easily be knocked large distances if struck with enough force.

Limitations: (To limit Grey's abilities, I have a few suggestions. The first is to clear out his A-Trans forms upon arriving at the station so he would have to gain all new ones. Another suggestion is to make it so his A-Trans form’s abilities are nerfed of some or most of their abilities and that he can no longer gain any others.
Another is to fully remove A-Trans from his abilities, leaving only Model A and it's physical abilities. Of course anything in between my suggestions is more than acceptable.)

Inventory:

Appearance: Grey is a fourteen year old boy with green eyes, tanned skin, and short grey hair with a scar on his left cheek. Like most characters in Megaman ZX he wears a bodysuit under the rest of this clothing, fingerless gloves, and white box like devices over where his ears should be. The rest of Grey's clothing is made up of a metal collar like apparatus which covers his chest and his shoulder blades with two large chords coming from his back.

Log Sample:
It was strange for Grey to finally knowing everything. He’d been fighting and searching for these past few days for answers. At first, it’d seemed like there were none but, then he’d met the real Master Albert and found out the reason for his and Model A’s existence. It hadn’t brought the closure he’d expected but, by that point he supposed he didn’t need it. What Aile said on fate had really struck a chord with Grey and, well, he supposed it didn’t matter why he had been made. He’d found a path Albert never planned for him to have and would gladly take it over being a back up plan for Albert to rule the world. Yes, he’d take a path to stop this Game of Destiny and Albert. He’d take the path that chose the people of the world over a chance to control them. After all, what good was the world to a defective?

Network Sample:
[The channel opens to the voice of what sounds like a male teen and man does he sound tired.]

Hello? This is Gray of the Hunters calling Legion Headquarters. Requesting directions to nearest transerver. It looks like the destruction of Ouroboros has landed me somewhere near The Scrapyard.

[A second voice suddenly interrupts.]

Come on already! We can’t stick around here Grey! For all we know Aeolus and the others are here too!

I know that Model A but, we need to at least know where we are before we can do anything else.
